Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care or grooming tools
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund.
